Miss Josie is a busy mom and student. She has worked in childcare for several years around the state of NM before settling in Las Cruces where she is closer to her family. She will be completing her degree in Early Childhood Education in 2022 and is happy to have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas to Charlotte’s Place facility while learning how to run a preschool in such a supportive environment.

Miss Jacky is a busy mom of two that has been around children her whole life and truly enjoys working with and being around them. She has found her niche working in a childcare setting and is enjoying her time at Charlotte’s Place Preschool.

Miss Sadye is new to professional childcare but has helped take care of her younger sibling and other family members children growing up. She is very excited to learn from the children she is working with as they are reaching new milestones. Working at Charlotte’s Place has rekindled her desire to complete her education in Child Development.

My name is Lourdes Esparza, but I go by Lulu. I have three amazing boys who have grown up to be even better men. They have also given me my wonderful grandchildren. I have an associates in Early Childhood Education as well as a Bachelor’s in applied studies with a concentration in Early Childhood Education, birth to age 4. I enjoy my time in the classroom and I always look forward to caring and teaching my students to the best of my ability. Everyday I support them in reaching their milestones to become happy and healthy individuals.

For as long as I can remember, I have always loved children. I remember being a child at a daycare that my mom used to work at, wanting to be a teacher just like her! I always felt a passion for working with children. I have been working with different aged children for 6 years. I love watching them reveal their personalities and watching them learn and grow. Every milestone is a reward to me! I absolutely love working with Charlotte’s Place. I am proud to be apart of the team and will work hard every single day to provide the best care possible, meeting all the parents and childrens expectations.

Hello, my name is Patricia (Patsy) Nieto. I have two of my own children and have lived in Las Cruces NM for 7 years. I enjoy reading and spending time with my family. I am currently working towards my degree in Early Childhood Education and have worked in daycare for several years now. I have worked with infants, mobile infants, and toddlers. I enjoy my time here at Charlotte’s Place Preschool.

Miss Justine has previously been a nanny as well as a sitter for her nephew. She enjoys working with children and is hoping to expand on her Psychology background and possibly go to school for a counseling or social work degree in order to follow in her mom’s footsteps as a child therapist or go into the public education system as a guidance counselor.
